Occasionally, the error message might be in Tagalog (I’m not sure why this happens), in which case it will say, “Syntax error: Ang serbisyo ay masyadong madaming beses pinagana sa isang araw: calendar.” (At least it did when I published the template. You should try again another time, or trust me that it really does work. There’s a limit to the number of times the Google Apps scripting services may be called, apparently. What I have is a page with a list, a calendar that can be updated with the contents of the list, and the code for the script that does the updating. I wrote my own script for doing just that and adapted Google’s Project Management Template. In particular, I’d like to maintain a task list using the List page template, but have it synchronized (or at least uploaded to) a Google Calendar. I’m a big fan of Google Sites, but it’s not very good for project management.
